Returns

If you wish to request a return, refund or replacement for damaged/faulty goods or missing parts, please provide a brief explanation of the fault or damage. Please include an image or video (of acceptable quality) of the product that clearly shows the fault or damage, or what part is missing (as applicable).

If you wish to request a return or refund due to change of mind, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note we will only consider a change of mind return for products that are unopened and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the item.

For authorised change of mind returns, we will refund the purchase price less shipping fee and 10% restocking fee. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Exchanges
